Proper Use and Maintenance 
Every dehumidifier needs proper usage and maintenance to support its long-lasting capability. Here are some safety tips in using and maintaining it:
• Before using it, keep it steady in an upright position for about 30 minutes to allow the refrigerant and other internal components to settle
• If the unit is newly delivered, let it settle for about 12 hours before using it
• Make sure that your desired area is well-sealed by either shutting all windows, vents, or using other barriers
• It must be connected to a grounded electric source to avoid accidents and damage
• Make sure you have the right power supply to avoid electrical issues
• It is not suggestible to use an extension cord as well as a power adaptor
• Use the control panel or remote to set your desired level of humidity 
• The surface in which it is set to operate must be leveled and steady
• Do not position the discharge and inlet onto a wall
• Never tamper on the internal components while the unit is running
• Always maintain a 6ft. distance from any form of obstruction
• Avoid deploying it in areas with high amounts of corrosive materials
• Make sure to properly unplug it before deploying it to another area
• Never leave it plugged when not in use
• When cleaning, use a damp cloth dipped in mild soap solution in wiping its exterior
• Remember to check the inlet and outlet for any blockages
• Annually check-up the coils for maintenance
• You may use a foaming coil cleanser for cleaning the coils
• Confirm that the cords are cleaned from any debris and is properly wrapped and secured for storage

We had some humidity problems in my crawl space. I replaced the vapor barrier, but it didn't entirely solve the issue, so the next step was sealing the crawl space and installing a dehumidifier. I recently purchased this unit. Within a few days, my crawl space humidity was reduced. This unit was easy to install: an AC receptacle and some cement pavers as a base. The unit has worked flawlessly, and it doesn't need to empty water reservoirs. It also has a changeable air filter to protect the evaporator and condenser coils.
So far, so good!

It is a great compact dehumidifier for you to dehumidify your basement or the crawlspace under the house. It came in very sturdy and well-cushioned packaging. It is effortless to operate and install. A great option to attach ducting, and it comes with a clear condensation drain hose. Keep this unit slightly elevated, place it on a plastic tray, and then run the condensation drain line outside and away from the house. Set the desired humidity level, and this unit will do its job to bring the humidity level down and prevent mold growth. I have used this unit for a few weeks now, so far, so good!

I have always had issues with high humidity. My skin is oily, and high humidity makes it even worse. I have been looking for dehumidifiers for quite some time, but it isn't easy to trust different products these days. I ended up buying this one, and I don't regret my decision for a second. This product Is compact and feels premium. It looks very decent and adds to the beauty of the room. As far as it's working is concerned, I have yet to compare it with any other dehumidifier, but it did work.

This dehumidifier works very well in my basement and drops the moisture. We had a smaller capacity model previously, but this reduces moisture much better! A big test for me was today when it was raining outside. Usually, we feel a lot of moisture in the house, but we don't, thanks to this dehumidifier. If anyone is also looking for a basement dehumidifier, I would highly recommend this one!

It works! Our large damp basement where we watch TV is now comfortable. The device is compact. The read-outs are lit and easy to read. It restarts by itself after a power outage. It switches off and on to maintain the desired level of humidity. The instructions are simple but should be followed for setup. It is not silent, but acceptable and its efficiency more than compensates for that. Far better than our previous dehumidifiers!

We are super satisfied with this dehumidifier! We bought it for our basement. This year has been terrible with the humidity, and this dehumidifier seems like it might be up to the task. I registered an RH of around 80% initially, and now it's hovering approximately 50%. I have a hygrometer that I use to check everything is working, and after having it for a week, I can say it was a great purchase. It was a reasonable price and worked well. Isn't any louder than a window AC might be, probably quieter than that.

I m susceptible to mold. It s helped in my master bathroom. I used always to start sneezing or get dizzy in there and now feel much better. I saw some smaller countertop units and saw reviews that are not effective. I m glad I read and got this floor unit. Much better! If you're in an area with high humidity, I would highly recommend using this unit.

It came double boxed in heavy-duty cardboard. Set up was easy, and it moved the air. I already notice the difference in my basement. When I first installed the unit, the unit took a short 24-36 hours, and I was amazed at the feel, smell, and condition of the air quality, the humidity of 82% to 59% was the result that I knew that fixed my issue.

This dehumidifier removes a lot of water. If you have a humid environment, I would strongly suggest that you buy this unit. I set mine up in a greenhouse to control humidity, mainly for the winter. It's built very well, and I don't think it's too loud. It does produce some heat, but that's a plus for me as it helps keep the greenhouse warm and control the humidity.
