I'm very happy to have this product. I don't know why my house always humid and Selly during the rainy season getting change after I bought this product. The produce functioned just as they promoted, and it equipped with a built-in condensate pump and drain tube so it drains automatically without the need to empty a water tank, it also has an advanced filtration system with a MERV-10 filter that can capture extremely small particles, Down to 0.3 microns. Moreover, it uses a cold catalyst, which clears odors and purifies the indoor air. That's really amazing because my house surely becomes tidy and sanitation!

We bought an obnoxious damp house, A basement infested with mold. The smell was so bad that I couldn't walk down to the basement without having an asthma attack. We bought this dehumidifier and it says it's 96 percent moisture. I thought it wasn't true, wasn't it raining? But I quickly discovered that, yes, this level is accurate. We use automatic drain hoses, which is very convenient. Then, even in heavy rain, the moisture starts to drop to 70/60 percent. I finally made some ground improvements and better sealed the basement, and after six weeks, the dehumidifier kept the moisture content at 42 percent. The smell was about 95 percent gone, and I was actually able to enter the basement painlessly. This dehumidifier is amazing. Work very efficiently!

I like to use this high-quality dehumidifier. When I received the product, the packaging was not damaged and all parts were intact. It is easy to operate and can do most of the work automatically. I just need to plug in the power, set the desired humidity level, and it will start to dehumidify. I have been using it in the basement and it has changed a lot. It has a hose connected to drain the water directly into the sewer, so there is no need to worry about emptying the water tank. The dehumidifier is well-made, and the handle and wheels are a big advantage. Therefore, if you want to change the position, just scroll it to the desired position. The dehumidifier was delivered on schedule. I move the dehumidifier around the house all day. Ideal for use at night. I noticed that the air is cleaner and no longer musty, which makes me feel more refreshed when I wake up. I did notice noise sometimes, it works in my basement at night, so noise is not a problem for me. Besides, you need to make sure that the dehumidifier is on a level surface. I have been running for four months. Love this product. It has a stylish appearance and can be easily moved to another location as needed. I have been using it in the basement. The Sentinel SLGR 1400X takes in humid air, then uses advanced SLGR Microchannel technology to remove the moisture, and send dry air into another room via ducting. The 1400X is equipped with a built-in condensate pump and drain tube so it drains automatically without the need to empty a water tank.
Hi Meir, before answer your question we'd like to do a brief introduction about our filtration of the Alorair Sentinel SLGR 1400X. This machine has two-stage of filtration, the first stage of filtration is a pre-filter that filters larger size debris and dust particles, and the second MERV-10 filter is using to handles smaller-sized particles. Both of them are useful, so for your question do you need to change both of them regularly? It's better for you to change them regularly to keep the dehumidifier works properly and improve the air quality. Actually, the MERV-1 is washable, so you can just disassemble and wash it, but for the MERV-10 you should change regularly is unwashable.
