1) Before you connect, you need to be close enough so that the signal won't break on the wall or insulation of the house
2) Buy an extra Wi-Fi mesh or repeater to increase the signal strength to make the pairing of the devices more successful
3) The app currently supports only 2.4 GHz network. Please turn off the 5 GHz network on the router to make the connection work more smoothly.

Direct Connect

When you connect your device via the direct connection mode of APP, you only have an effective distance of 40m. Therefore, it's fast and easy in a network-free environment.

How the Alorair Storm Elite Works

Alorair Storm Elite is fitted with a humidity level sensing device called a humidistat. The purpose of the feature is to automatically detect when your space needs drying. Once the air conditions fall outside the specs set on the humidistat, the machine automatically draws air across the evaporator coils. The coil cools the air and condenses it into a liquid form. In a continuous process, the air is passed over a dry and hot coil before it is pumped back into the space around the room.

Work well in my bathroom.

My bathroom has inadequate ventilation because the exhaust fan is kinda weak and not able to suck moist and steam very well, so I always felt there was too much moist in my bathroom. This little dehumidifier has been working really well for me. Since placing it in my bathroom, the room is much drier now. The built-in condensate pump saves me from worrying about handling condensate.

We have a basement and then a main floor layout house and the basement was freezing when the upstairs was comfortable. A friend recommended getting a dehumidifier to see if that would help to keep the temperature a little more regulated and this has definitely done just that. It has wheels which makes it easy to maneuver. and they are pretty quiet. I didn't experience any shipping delays, it actually arrived sooner than expected and was a really great price. It definitely makes a world of difference for us and I'd buy again in a heartbeat!

Once we move to our new house, we found the level of humidity to be always on the high side (65-70%), even during the winter months when it is typically low. The measurement was done using our thermostat and as it was on the high side, I purchased a separate hygrometer just to verify the measurement. Spot on! I knew we need to do something like those levels of humidity will lead to mold and mildew, not to say condensation all over the windows due to cold weather outside. I started to research options and found the Dehumidifier. The unit was purchased from https://alorair.com/ and was received promptly as promised. Unpacking and assembly were a breeze. Nothing my 15-year-old son cannot accomplish. Once put in operation, noted the humidity measurement was in line with the other two hygrometers in the house. We left the unit operating overnight and in the morning the humidity in the house was in the 50% range. The unit is self-regulated and will turn on and off as required and will as well cease operation if the water reservoir is full. It is also quiet. We have been in operation 24/7 since we purchased. 100% satisfied customer and very well recommended.

I purchased this based on the good reviews here. I needed a dehumidifier for my home. We have a ton of humidity in the home. The design is very sleek and nice. I put this in my bedroom, which happens to be the most humid room in the house. I turned it on high and let it run for about 6-8 hours. When I walked back into the room the air felt very crisp. Very pleased with how well this worked compared to my other dehumidifier. I think it is super quiet and I am a person who is sensitive to noise. It is definitely 100% quieter than my other dehumidifier.

We ordered this dehumidifier a month ago. This investment is worthwhile. We run it in a very humid basement all day, and the basement is often soaked on rainy days. Since we plugged it in, it has been running smoothly and quietly! We chose to use the drain hose that comes with it, so we don't have to empty it. It arrived very fast and in good condition. Greatly reduce the musty smell and moisture in the basement. The dehumidifier has been running continuously for three weeks, and even after a few heavy rains, my basement is still dry.

I live in the south and bought it to reduce the humidity in the basement. This is a great dehumidifier. My basement is 2,600 square feet, but the dehumidifier can dehumidify the entire space. It is very quiet and automatically shuts down when the required humidity level is reached. It's heavy, but it's easy to roll around. The best result is that the old wooden doors and cabinet doors will not swell as before.

We have been using this dehumidifier in the basement for several months. The work there seems to be great. Our basement is very humid, especially after a long period of rain. The dehumidifier runs for a long time (continuous days). After installing the dehumidifier, the area remains dry and there is no musty smell. I can't say anything about the noise level because we are not there.
