AlorAir Storm Ultra LGR Commercial-Grade Dehumidifier

The AlorAir Storm Ultra LGR Commercial-Grade Dehumidifier is very compact and easy to use. It has a roto-molded polyethylene housing with large wheels and a metal handle that makes it appropriate for various cleaning and restoration projects. Aside from its mobility, it has an exquisite system with many features such as its automatic restart function that provides extra ease to its user.

Aside from prevention, it is best in restoring damaged spaces due to floods, burst pipes, and other water-related issues. Unless the entire space is dry, molds and other harmful microorganisms can still continue to provide damage. That is why water extraction is never the last step in restoring a space, it should be well accompanied and sustained by crucial drying and dehumidifying.

Wi-Fi Connect

Remote control of APP and the device can be done via Wi-Fi. But before that, you need to know some tricks for pairing:
1) Before you connect, you need to be close enough so that the signal won't break on the wall or insulation of the house
2) Buy an extra Wi-Fi mesh or repeater to increase the signal strength to make the pairing of the devices more successful
3) The app currently supports only 2.4 GHz network. Please turn off the 5 GHz network on the router to make the connection work more smoothly.

Direct Connect

When you connect your device via the direct connection mode of APP, you only have an effective distance of 40m. Therefore, it's fast and easy in a network-free environment.

Proper Use and Maintenance
Every dehumidifier needs proper usage and maintenance to support its long-lasting capability. Here are some safety tips for using and maintaining it:
· Before using it, keep it steady in an upright position for about 30 minutes to allow the refrigerant and other internal components to settle
· If the unit is newly delivered, let it settle for about 12 hours before using it
· Make sure that your desired area is well-sealed by either shutting all windows, vents or using other barriers
· It must be connected to a grounded electric source to avoid accidents and damage
· Make sure you have the right power supply to avoid electrical issues
· It is not suggestible to use an extension cord as well as a power adaptor
· Use the control panel or remote to set your desired level of humidity
· The surface in which it is set to operate must be leveled and steady
· Do not position the discharge and inlet onto a wall
· Never tamper with the internal components while the unit is running
· Always maintain a 6ft. distance from any form of obstruction
· Avoid deploying it in areas with a high amount of corrosive materials
· Make sure to properly unplug it before deploying it to another area
· Never leave it plugged when not in use
· When cleaning, use a damp cloth dipped in mild soap solution in wiping its exterior
· Remember to check the inlet and outlet for any blockages

The dehumidifier exceeded my expectations. Our house is more than 30 years old. You can imagine what the basement of a house of this age looks like. We bought this dehumidifier and drained the water. It’s amazing, we have been using it for a few months, after the initial setup, we don’t need to make any adjustments. I wish we could buy it sooner because I noticed that the air quality in the room upstairs has improved.

We purchased this product for the basement, which is a large storage area. Before adding this product, it always felt damp, and all my shoes and clothes were moldy due to dampness. Our basement is about 2000 square feet. The humidity level decreased after a few days, and now there is no damp feeling. This is not the quietest machine, but it makes very little noise.

This dehumidifier has been used for about a year and the effect is very good. We live in Hawaii, a state of high humidity. We often keep the windows open, but not always (close the windows when the dehumidifier is on). There is too much moisture in the room. If you are not careful, the door frame will expand and the mold in the closet will increase. Since using this dehumidifier, our doors are easier to close, and we no longer have mold problems. We can say with certainty that it is feasible. I am going to order the second one, so we don't have to move it up and down.
The dehumidifier works quickly and efficiently.

Overall, this is an excellent dehumidifier, and its ease of use, ease of movement, and emptying are perfect for me. It works well and fast, works well in our basement, and is quite quiet. I couldn't believe that the musty smell disappeared in the basement, the air became dry, and breathing became easier.

The setup is very easy and the instructions are very clear. On the first day of use, my family breathed better. The place where we live is very humid. Our storage area is large but very humid. I bought this product to alleviate some moisture problems and prevent the stored items from getting damp. It runs quietly and is easy to operate. And the moisture it removes from the air is crazy. We set a hose for continuous drainage, so we can save time and effort. We are very satisfied with this unit.

We moved into a big basement house. There is "crazy" moisture in it. We have moved the pool table into the basement, and the guy who installed it said that a dehumidifier must be added to the basement, otherwise the pool table will be destroyed sooner or later. Soon after, we purchased this dehumidifier. This really makes the basement dry. We connect the drain hose to avoid emptying the water every day. The humidity in the basement is 70-80%. After a few days of use, its humidity remained around 40%. Now in winter, it remains at 30%. Great unit.

I bought it to replace the dehumidifier that we have been using for two years. I run a dehumidifier all year round, and our basement is fresh and moisture-free. I have been using this uninterrupted machine since the purchase, it is a very reliable heavy machine. It's easy to set up, and it looks great. When you are in the basement, you will hear the sound of it running, but there is no other sound. It doesn't seem to be too loud. It works well and I have no complaints. We hooked the hose to the back, and then continuously drained the collected water into the floor drain.

Great! ! I highly recommend this product. Our basement is basically dripping water from a damp place, which makes it dry. Please try this before spending money to encapsulate the basement. Our whole home feels cool, we can tell the difference in air quality, and the whole basement is dry. This system does not disappoint!!!
