The AlorAir Storm Ultra LGR Commercial-Grade Dehumidifier is very compact and easy to use. It has a roto-molded polyethylene housing with large wheels and a metal handle that makes it appropriate for various cleaning and restoration projects. Aside from its mobility, it has an exquisite system with many features such as its automatic restart function that provides extra ease to its user.

Aside from prevention, it is best in restoring damaged spaces due to floods, burst pipes, and other water- related issues. Unless the entire space is dry, molds and other harmful microorganisms can still continue to provide damage. Wi-Fi Connect

Remote-control of APP and the device can be done via Wi-Fi. But before that you need to know some tricks for pairing:
1) Before you connect, you need to be close enough so that the signal won't break on the wall or insulation of the house
2) Buy an extra Wi-Fi mesh or repeater to increase the signal strength to make the pairing of the devices more successful
3) The app currently supports only 2.4 GHz network. Please turn off the 5 GHz network on the router to make the connection work more smoothly.

Direct Connect

When you connect your device via the direct connection mode of APP, you only have an effective distance of 40m. Therefore, it's fast and easy in a network-free environment.

Proper Use and Maintenance
Every dehumidifier needs proper usage and maintenance to support its long-lasting capability. Here are some safety tips for using and maintaining it:
· Before using it, keep it steady in an upright position for about 30 minutes to allow the refrigerant and other internal components to settle
· If the unit is newly delivered, let it settle for about 12 hours before using it
· Make sure that your desired area is well-sealed by either shutting all windows, vents , or using other barriers
· It must be connected to a grounded electric source to avoid accidents and damage
· Make sure you have the right power supply to avoid electrical issues
· It is not suggestible to use an extension cord as well as a power adaptor
· Use the control panel or remote to set your desired level of humidity
· The surface in which it is set to operate must be leveled and steady
· Do not position the discharge and inlet onto a wall
· Never tamper with the internal components while the unit is running
· Always maintain a 6ft. distance from any form of obstruction
· Avoid deploying it in areas with a high amount of corrosive materials
· Make sure to properly unplug it before deploying it to another area
· Never leave it plugged when not in use
· When cleaning, use a damp cloth dipped in mild soap solution in wiping its exterior
· Remember to check the inlet and outlet for any blockages

We have found that this dehumidifier is completely satisfactory. It did what it was supposed to do, and it was very quiet. We connect it to the drainpipe to automatically drain. In addition to cleaning the filter regularly (a simple task), it does not require excessive maintenance equipment, and it has a durable outer cover. We will buy it again.

So far so good. It turned my basement from a mold haven into a nice dry, odorless, mold-free area. For the price, it cannot be beaten. The exquisite craftsmanship is comparable to any other brand. I use the water collected by the dehumidifier to water the potted plants and drain the excess water into the sewage pump. Very satisfied with this equipment.

This dehumidifier is a beast! We live in a high humidity area in eastern Texas. We have a metal garage where mold forms on the items being stored, and the stacked boxes become soft and squeeze each other. Sometimes, in this case, a 100% solid epoxy-coated floor is wetter and smoother than a spray head. I slipped and fell once and broke my rotator cuff. We need to do something before someone else gets hurt or everything we have is destroyed. We conducted a lot of research and then chose the Storm Ultra dehumidifier. Not disappointed yet! We connected the hose, so we don't have to worry about the water tank. We have been operating this unit for almost 6 months and it keeps our building at the ideal 45% humidity.

Since the day of arrival, Storm Ultra has been in our basement, running continuously. It keeps the basement at or below 50% humidity, and the basement is now very dry and comfortable. I do this because we now store food and consumables in the basement and don't want them to become damp, moldy, or absorb the musty smell of the past. Storm Ultra does a great job in all aspects. It's easy to set up-it drains into a sinkhole cellar, so I don't have to empty it. I recommend this product.

I installed this dehumidifier in my damp basement. good results! You will hardly notice that it is running. Using the hose attachment, I drain it into the old sink. Since use, the humidity in the basement has been constant at 45%. For small and medium basements, this product works well and I am satisfied with the purchase.

There was a small flood in my basement. I cleaned the stagnant water, but the carpet was soaked. I bought this dehumidifier and the basement was completely dry after a few days. Regarding this product, what I want to say is that it is easy to use and has a HEPA filter and an activated carbon filter-all of which are used to clean indoor air to make it breathe healthier. There was no problem with the automatic drainage. I plugged the hose into the sewage pump in the basement, so it was fine for me. highly recommended.

This is a powerful dehumidifier that can remove 90 pints of water under AHAM conditions. My house is very humid, so some rooms are moldy and smelly, so I decided to buy a dehumidifier to absorb the moisture in the room. It has an automatic pump drain hose, in which water can be transferred from the window to the sink. It is also easy to move because it has 2 casters, so you don't have to worry about carrying it in the house. Good product!

This is the best dehumidifier I have bought so far. First of all, the product looks good and not bulky, we keep it open. It is quiet enough. Last year we renovated the basement and sealed it, but the humidity did not disappear. I have been using Storm Ultra for about a week, and we use an automatic drain, which is easy to connect. Good quality and low price.

It works well! It sucks water out of the air at a high speed. This makes our basement perfect! There is no moldy smell or damp smell! It is a bit heavy, but there is no problem with moving it. It has two large rollers, which I empty every day. I have used it for about 5 months without any problems.
