The AlorAir Storm Ultra LGR Commercial-Grade Dehumidifier is very compact and easy to use. It has a roto-molded polyethylene housing with large wheels and a metal handle that makes it appropriate for various cleaning and restoration projects. Aside from its mobility, it has an exquisite system with many features such as its automatic restart function that provides extra ease to its user.

Aside from prevention, it is best in restoring damaged spaces due to floods, burst pipes, and other water-related issues. Unless the entire space is dry, molds and other harmful microorganisms can still continue to provide damage. That is why water extraction is never the last step in restoring a space, it should be well accompanied and sustained by crucial drying and dehumidifying.

Smart App Control

Wi-Fi Connect

Remote control of APP and the device can be done via Wi-Fi. But before that, you need to know some tricks for pairing:
1) Before you connect, you need to be close enough so that the signal won't break on the wall or insulation of the house
2) Buy an extra Wi-Fi mesh or repeater to increase the signal strength to make the pairing of the devices more successful
3) The app currently supports only 2.4 GHz network. Please turn off the 5 GHz network on the router to make the connection work more smoothly.

Direct Connect

When you connect your device via the direct connection mode of APP, you only have an effective distance of 40m. Therefore, it's fast and easy in a network-free environment.

Proper Use and Maintenance
Every dehumidifier needs proper usage and maintenance to support its long-lasting capability. Here are some safety tips for using and maintaining it:
· Before using it, keep it steady in an upright position for about 30 minutes to allow the refrigerant and other internal components to settle
· If the unit is newly delivered, let it settle for about 12 hours before using it
· Make sure that your desired area is well-sealed by either shutting all windows, vents or using other barriers
· It must be connected to a grounded electric source to avoid accidents and damage
· Make sure you have the right power supply to avoid electrical issues
· It is not suggestible to use an extension cord as well as a power adaptor
· Use the control panel or remote to set your desired level of humidity
· The surface in which it is set to operate must be leveled and steady
· Do not position the discharge and inlet onto a wall
· Never tamper with the internal components while the unit is running
· Always maintain a 6ft. distance from any form of obstruction
· Avoid deploying it in areas with a high amount of corrosive materials
· Make sure to properly unplug it before deploying it to another area
· Never leave it plugged when not in use
· When cleaning, use a damp cloth dipped in mild soap solution in wiping its exterior
· Remember to check the inlet and outlet for any blockages
· Annually check up the coils for maintenance
· You may use a foaming coil cleaner for cleaning the coils

With the easy-to-understand user manual, it is easy to set up and use. Before starting to use it, the indoor humidity was above 70%, and we encountered a mold problem. Since I set it to "continuous", its humidity is now hovering between 45-50%. It can control the humidity of our entire house. Recommend it!
Can handle the humidity in the south!

I live in a very humid climate, this dehumidifier can solve the problem. Very suitable for my cement floor workshop, so humidity is a big problem. My dehumidifier drained into the sink, so I don’t have to think about it again. The noise level is moderate and will not affect work. Too big for the bedroom, but very suitable for the studio.

The humidity in my house is high, especially in the basement. Before disabling the humidifier function, I first invested in a small dehumidifier. This dehumidifier performs well under high humidity. Carpets are very effective for quickly drying wet furniture. I am very happy that I bought it because it works very well. Sometimes I use it in the bathroom, usually, after the shower, there is a lot of moisture on the walls and ceiling. Storm Ultra can easily dehumidify and is highly recommended.

It has been more than 3 months and the dehumidifier is working well. The humidity can be maintained at a set level. My basement is used for storage, and this device keeps it at around 45% humidity. It is indeed very effective to extract moisture from the air. When I bought it, the room humidity was 70%, and in less than 18 hours, it was already below 50%. That's too fast!

This kind of dehumidifier is very good. It can well regulate the humidity of the whole house. I really like it and I am glad that it was not damaged in transit. This is a 90 pint Storm Ultra dehumidifier. This unit has been in service for two weeks. It is easy to reduce the humidity of the apartment downstairs. The current humidity level is reduced from 77% to 44%. This is an apartment of 2500 SQ FT. The humidity readings on the display screen are in good agreement with the two independent humidity monitors I used to monitor the apartment. If there is any problem with this dehumidifier, I will update this review (although I don’t want it), but so far, I really like this product.

Yes. It can filter PM2.5. As for better air filtration, we recommend ALORAIR®CLEANSHIELD HEPA 550 AIR SCRUBBER to you. It can remove airborne miscellaneous debris at 0.3 microns in size including pollen, plant spores, mold spores, pet dander.
