AlorAir-C Android Not Working

Neither ver 1 nor ver 2 communicate with server.  All data is greyed out.  Ver 1.3.7 "worked" until some 10 days ago.  Since the, completely dead.  Ver 2..0.6 same thing.  How is it possible for a company to fail in such a miserable way and what is the point in making an "wifi" device if it does not work due to this poor app implementation?

I am having the same issue. My app just completely stopped working. I can no longer login at all. I deleted the app and reinstalled and nothing works. I haven't heard anything from Alorair on how to fix this. Other posts are saying the Alorair knows the app will no longer work but didn't tell anyone and will not fix it. They have made their WiFi products unusable. I literally JUST bought this machine within the last month. This is absolutely maddening.

Equipment Information Sentinel HDi65S MAC FC-58-4A-DD-E0-26 which I got about 14 months ago.
