Alorair C app not working

Like many of you, I can no longer login to my app. It was working just fine until the last week or so. Now I cannot sign in. I've read on other posts that Alorair pushed an app update that basically killed the app. And they will not do anything to fix it. I purchased my WiFi enabled dehumidifier within the last month. I am beyond frustrated that I paid money for a feature that may never be usable. The lack of customer service is beyond frustrating. Please fix the app!

Hello,

No. No one has reached out to me. I was able to get back into the app for about a day. But now it's not working again. I can't login. It just keeps spinning.

The app is still not working. The login screen spins quickly and goes away. Its the exact same problem. Not fixed.
