1) Before you connect, you need to be close enough so that the signal won't break on the wall or insulation of the house
2) Buy an extra Wi-Fi mesh or repeater to increase the signal strength to make the pairing of the devices more successful
3) The app currently supports only 2.4 GHz network. Please turn off the 5 GHz network on the router to make the connection work more smoothly.

When you connect your device via the direct connection mode of APP, you only have an effective distance of 40m. Therefore, it's fast and easy in a network-free environment.

I hope I can give it more stars because it works well! It sucks water from the air at a high speed. This is a very powerful dehumidifier and it is worth it. After we started it, all the odors disappeared within a few hours, and the basement was almost dry after a day.

Plug in the power source and it starts to remove moisture from the air. We live in Florida, so it is always humid. Running this device can reduce indoor air humidity to 40-45%, which is ideal. The product description says it can reduce the humidity level to single-digit percentages, but I don’t need to do this because low humidity can cause some other problems. When I use it in the basement, I particularly like its defrosting function. It's not quiet, but it may be the quietest one I have. It doesn't seem to increase my electricity bill, but I guess that it eases some communication work by removing a lot of moisture in the indoor air and making the room temperature more comfortable. Love this unit!

I can't believe this removes a lot of water from the air in my home. It is easy to use and does not take up much space. It has taken care of a lot of moisture in my house. My bathroom has a lot of dew condensation and it took a few hours to use a fan to dry completely, but since this machine, we have never had this problem. The smell of my house is much better, there is no pet smell.

We got the dehumidifier a few days ago, and the equipment was packaged reasonably and the product size was larger than expected. The basement emits a musty smell and the relative humidity is 77%. I set the unit to 50% and then it runs. The device is not completely quiet, the unit looks like a high-quality machine. Compared with cheap dehumidifiers, compressors look very durable. So far, the effect is good.

This is a very powerful unit. I know there is water in the house, but this dehumidifier removes an amazing amount of water every day. It is easy to move from one end of the house to the other, and there is no need to empty it after connecting the drain hose. Overall it is good value for money and has excellent functions. So far so good. It has been installed in our large basement, which is sufficiently humid, so we must have a powerful dehumidifier. Currently, it is working very well-I think it is really better than any unit! We have been through it for about a month. It greatly changed the condition of the basement. We use it with drain pipes, so emptying is not a problem. If everything is normal, I will be thankful!

In any case, the evaluation of the dehumidifier is as follows: excellent energy efficiency and water removal performance; very suitable for dehumidification in high humidity spaces. Our basement has 2 dehumidifiers: one in the room that used to be a coal storage room (this is an old house), this dehumidifier is located on the side of the basement stairs, so most of the basement area must be processed. We haven't had it for a long time, but so far, we like it very much.

Since the date of the purchase, I received the unit soon. Put into use excitedly. The basement is damp and musty. The device was operated continuously for a long time, and it took only 2 days to remove moisture and smell. Please note that this is a 160-pint capacity, which is a good size if you want to remove a lot of water. I actually connected a hose to drain to the underground pipe.
