The VentirPro 720 features a 10-inch, five-blade veteran fan that produces 720 CFM of airflow, covering rooms up to 7,400 cubic feet in volume. Not only does this unit provide excellent airflow, but it also has a built-in dehumidifier that keeps humidity levels in basements, warehouses and crawlspaces at optimal levels. In addition, the anti-freeze thermostat prevents the fan from failing when the outdoor temperature drops below 1.7°C, saving you hassle and maintenance costs. We have also added a protective grille against crawling animals for added safety and comfort in your home.

Very effective for moisture control

I installed this fan in my crawl space, venting to the outside through one of the vent holes in the foundation wall. Living in NC the humidity is off the charts in summer and I started getting a moldy smell from the AC floor vents last summer when the humidity levels get high. This fan works hard, but has made a substantial difference to the buildup of condensation in the crawl space and cold ducts. So far no moldy smells. The build quality is good and the noise levels are not too high. I cannot tell if the fan is running when I am in the house. Installation was quite straightforward and I had a power point nearby to simply plug the fan in. Its been running without issue for several months now.

This is a well made and very useful fan for different applications, and it is so simple to install. It is a little noisy but being used outside this does not bother me. I am actually using mine as a exhaust vent in my chicken house. Does great when set on 50% humidity. I do recommend this fan.

I got this to use in our attic. We have had some issues with moisture and humidity even after adding things to the eaves that were supposed to help. This fit easily into the opening in the attic. I like that it has a switch dehumidastat that can be set to what humidity you want. It also has a freeze protection thermostat that will shut down the fan when the temperature falls below 35. So far it is working fine. My husband had no issues installing it.

I used this fan in my attic to pull cooler air from the North side of the house. Because I live in a drier region of the country, the air in the attic will not be as humid, just hot. Even when I set the humidity setting at the lowest, I find that it will only turn on during the morning and evening when the humidity is up. So I had to install a temperature switch and turn the setting to "ON". I wish they had included a temperature control, but now this fan works great as I intended. It feels like 10 degrees cooler with this fan on.

I purchased this for a mobile mechanic trailer that i own. Having problems with condensation and rust on tools. I mounted this high on rear door and you can really feel the air moving! The freeze feature is a real bonus here in the northeast. Installation was very easy. Been testing this for a week so far tools have been dry. Being waterproof is perfect for my outdoor application. This is also draws very little power, which will allow me to use it when not hooked up to shore power thru my inverter.
