Benefits
Freshen indoor air - If you're tired of smelly basements, you should install a ventilation fan. Ventilation fans help you keep the air inside your home fresh by removing airborne contaminants such as ammonia and other odor-causing chemicals to eliminate odors.

Prevents mold contamination - Mold and viruses can easily thrive in dark spaces. AlorAir crawl space ventilation fans keep your basement cool and dry with 570 CFM airflow. Especially if your basement has no windows, it can renew the air inside.

Helps bathroom cleaning - It is difficult to clean a bathroom thoroughly if there are always contaminants in the air. Installing a ventilation fan helps keep the bathroom clean and dust-free because it helps suck up dust and dirt from countertops and floors.

Cost Saving - Our high-power ventilation fans are compact and portable, and can increase air circulation in any room. This means you can install it in any space you need to dehumidify at the moment, and our panels can be trimmed to match non-standard foundation openings.

Application
The VentirMax 570S uses updated humidity-resistant motor to create 570 CFM airflow while maintaining low noise. This crawlspace fan is designed to allow fresh outdoor air to circulate
under the house and porch. The high humidity that circulates the crawl space is the main reason for the premature decay of the support column, joist, floor, and crossbeam support of the
home.
Humidity can promote the growth of fungi and increase the activity of termites. Humidity can also cause pipeline failure due to rust and corrosion. The continuous operation of the fan helps
to vent radon, gases from treated wood and other odors that may spread to the living area. Controlled by a circuit board, the dehumidifier control fan starts when the relative humidity is
higher than the selected set value higher than the selected set value.

Proper Use and Maintenance
INSTALLATION MATTERS: Crawlspace fans must be installed in electrical control boxes and motors facing inside the crawlspace.
1. Confirm that the doors and vent covers of the buildings around the installation are open.

2. In order to ensure the stable installation of the crawling space ventilator, it is necessary to mark four points on the wall to confirm the installation position.

3. Install the crawl space ventilation fan to the wall with 4 screws and observe the horizontal direction of the fan.

4. Note: If the mounting surface is a base block or brick. Before the fan is installed, a 5/16-inch hole needs to be drilled with a masonry drill bit. Install wall anchors at the openings and secure them.

If installed on a mesh of wood aggregate, edge joists, or existing crawlspace vents, secure crawl space vents with screws, washers, and nuts at the four corners of the metal panel of the vent.
