Once you are able to maintain a consistent relative humidity of 50% or less, you will no longer have to keep the thermostat at low, uncomfortable temperatures once used in an effort to control humidity.
Storm LGR 1250 is leading the industry by introducing a Rare earth alloy Tube Evaporator.

As the unique design compared with others, we have the humidity sensor in bypass air design which makes the short-cycling go away and creates quick access to the pump and mainboard. Customers can do it by themselves and service become easy. Preassembly makes the installation process simple, thereby it reduces the overall installation and project cost.

Been using this in my incredibly humid garage. Without this my garage was usually around 80% humidity. Tools were starting to rust. It was unbearable to spend time in there. Since getting this unit and setting it between 45-50% it has been everything I hoped for. It pulls out 2-3 gallons of water a day. No more rusted tools. So easy to use, nothing complicated at all. I have not downloaded app as it has everything I need to know on the unit itself. Very pleased and have recommended to others. When it comes on, it is a little loud but not terrible. Does not bother me. And when I am in the house and it turns on in the garage I barely hear a hum. Very satisfied customer.
Not your average dehumidifier. ????

Currently running in the basement of a 1904 farm house. Recent power outage during a storm left this stone foundation basement very wet. Does an amazing job, pulling moisture from the air, and purging the collected water with a built in pump. You can program humidity for automatic running. You can manually start the purge if you want to move it to a new location. This is a great commercial quality dehumidifier.
Dehumidifier works great, have not gotten iPhone app to work yet.

I operated this unit for an hour set at 45% in about 3000 sqft at 74Deg. Thermostat halfway through the house dropped from 55 to 51%. Unit has a nice quick connect hose (which stows on top) and pumps condensate to a sink. The app is not really an issue for me I suspect it is partially an iPhone thing. This is a nice rugged commercial quality unit. The wheels are heavy duty as well as the handle that snaps down on the end. I can not wait to see how well it will perform on a dehydration situation.
Highly recommend it!

Bought this dehumidifier to help with keeping humidity down in my small greenhouse. Pretty easy to use. Just plug and play. The built-in pump is amazing. Where I’m at gets pretty humid during the early mornings and so far with this, I wake up every morning with zero dew on my vegetables. My only drawback is that I can’t set the desired humidity level but I can overlook that. Definitely would buy it again. 10/10

I just bought a house, and I realized my house is quite wet. I do not feel very comfortable whenever I go home, and things quickly get mildewed. After having this unit in my basement, I saw how much moisture is there. It is worth having one if you need the Dehumidifier.
Doing the job as expected

This dehumidifier is compact, and it takes the air's moisture as expected. My sewing studio is in an unattached building and was smelling a bit musty. The machine itself works as white noise. I strongly recommend this product to anyone looking to remove excess humidity within their homes.
This is a life-changer!

OH my goodness. This dehumidifier looks sleek and works GREAT! It is very simple to use. The easiest setting is to plug it in and walk away. Now, I never sweat in my apt. I'm comfortable. Papers don't curl. Bedding isn't damp. I don't have to use air fresheners all the time. But maybe most of all, my sleep has improved SIGNIFICANTLY. I wake up feeling so much more rested and energetic that I'm in shock about it.
Highly recommend it!

These small machines do a great job removing water from the air in our basement. Easy 'out of the box set-up. I’m impressed with this new alorair dehumidifier and would recommend the company to anyone needing a new dehumidifier. A company is only as good as their customer and warranty. In my experience, this company has outstanding customer service and stands behind the product it makes and ships.
Excellent crawlspace
By 'Murphy', Reviewed on March 03, 2022
Awesome unit. I had an inundation in the crawlspace under my house. This was missed for several months. There was a "musty" smell inside the house coming from the crawlspace. After fixing the cause of the inundation, I was able to install this unit in the crawlspace and after running the unit, the musty smell was gone.
Best professional/commercial humidifier
By 'King', Reviewed on March 02, 2022
The unit can operate at extremely low ambient temperatures so no issue with winter operations. Also, it has automatic defroster features if needed. This gives me great peace of mind knowing that the humidity levels are not an issue when the home is left closed up for months. If the power is interrupted the unit simply resumes preset settings after power is restored. If you are on the fence on this unit don't be, you'll be glad you got it.
