We purchased this dehumidifier to replace our last dehumidifier that was not working. I have never heard of this brand, but I like the specifications and performance of this device, and we are very satisfied with it. It takes up less space than the previous one and is very quiet! Easy to set up. Greatly improved the smell of my basement. Effectively absorb the moisture in the air. I can set the humidity where I want, without having to bother about it. I connected a drain hose to drain directly into the floor drain. It keeps the humidity at the position I set. I am very satisfied with this product. It works well in a damp basement.
