Proper Use and Maintenance Every dehumidifier needs proper usage and maintenance to support its long-lasting capability. Here are some safety tips in using and maintaining it:
• Before using it, keep it steady in an upright position for about 30 minutes to allow the refrigerant and other internal components to settle
• If the unit is newly delivered, let it settle for about 12 hours before using it
• Make sure that your desired area is well-sealed by either shutting all windows, vents, or using other barriers
• It must be connected to a grounded electric source to avoid accidents and damage

• It is not suggestible to use an extension cord as well as a power adaptor

We are super satisfied with this dehumidifier! We bought it for our basement. This year has been terrible with the humidity, and this dehumidifier seems like it might be up to the task. I registered an RH of around 80% initially, and now it's hovering approximately 50%. I have a hygrometer that I use to check everything is working, and after having it for a week, I can say it was a great purchase. It was a reasonable price and worked well. Isn't any louder than a window AC might be, probably quieter than that.

I m susceptible to mold. It s helped in my master bathroom. I used always to start sneezing or get dizzy in there and now feel much better. I saw some smaller countertop units and saw reviews that are not effective. I m glad I read and got this floor unit. Much better! If you're in an area with high humidity, I would highly recommend using this unit.

It came double boxed in heavy-duty cardboard. Set up was easy, and it moved the air. I already notice the difference in my basement. When I first installed the unit, the unit took a short 24-36 hours, and I was amazed at the feel, smell, and condition of the air quality, the humidity of 82% to 59% was the result that I knew that fixed my issue.

This dehumidifier removes a lot of water. If you have a humid environment, I would strongly suggest that you buy this unit. I set mine up in a greenhouse to control humidity, mainly for the winter. It's built very well, and I don't think it's too loud. It does produce some heat, but that's a plus for me as it helps keep the greenhouse warm and control the humidity.

I've been using it for about a week now, and it has vastly improved my basement humidity. It doesn't smell wet anymore, and I'm thrilled. I love that you can hook up a hose and run it continuously or to a chosen humidity level. Even though it reaches the highest is a little noisy, it is not to the point that I would find it bothersome. And it's compact and durable.

I have a storage building, about 1000 sq ft, and humidity is ruining my boxes. Therefore, I went out to find a good solid commercial unit, and I found this one, excellent specs and looked heavy-duty and decided to give it a try. This one is nice. It takes the moisture out of the air fast, real fast. All I did was set it to 45% humidity, and it reached the setting point very quickly. So far, everything is perfect!

I saw a commercial cleaner who brought a large dehumidifier for a flooded house, which encouraged me to get one for my basement. Because in our basement has water droplets on the ceiling, condensation on all the windows. After less than 24 hours, all of that was reversed. So far, it has worked incredibly well and kept our basement dry, and has a pleasant smell.

I bought this dehumidifier for my 1200 sq. ft. basement to eliminate the damp. I can often see condensation on the basement glass to avoid moisture problems, like mold growth. I place the unit in the basement. It really works! The condensation disappears, and the whole basement becomes dry and fresh. So glad to have it!
