After the flood cleared, I bought this equipment for the basement, and I have to say that it worked well and covered the entire basement. I was in a big basement and it really took away moisture. I use the attached self-draining hose for the floor drain. I like that I can set the required humidity, easy to set. This is an excellent price.

I have used many dehumidifiers and this is by far the most efficient dehumidifier. It already contains everything I need, including drain hoses and simple instructions for installation and maintenance. During the months of rain in Washington State, I noticed the damp musty smell emanating through the stone foundations and dirty floors. I bought this dehumidifier to help reduce odor and moisture. This (used with a fan) greatly helps eliminate odors and humidity. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This dehumidifier works very well. In winter and spring, our garage is soaked when parking after heavy snowfall. I purchased this model to replace the old and smaller dehumidifier. Since there is moisture in the basement, it is very important to have a dehumidifier. After plugging in, the humidity in the basement dropped rapidly. I like the option of letting it run continuously. When the appropriate level is reached, it will automatically turn off the machine, and when the humidity level is too high, it will automatically turn on.

Although this dehumidifier performs well in commercial spaces, we have installed it in the basement storage area. We encountered a serious moisture problem, and the device did an excellent job of reducing the humidity level from 90% to 45%. We also emptied the dehumidifier into our sewage pump using the provided drain hose. It has been working for several months and is expected to continue to function well for a long time.

For some reason, my basement has been damp for years. A few months ago, my last dehumidifier stopped absorbing moisture. I am very happy to get this. I will have to see how it performs in the long term but compared to the last unit I owned, I am already impressed. This unit is fully functional, not only has a large capacity but also easy to drain. The automatic humidity control function is very powerful. It does not require 24/7 operation to maintain a comfortable space humidity.

The dehumidifier is a good product, but it is expensive. Very suitable for removing moisture in the basement. You can use the drain hose to continuously drain the water. The rollers of my first shipment were damaged during transportation because it was a fairly large unit, but it was not the seller’s fault. I contacted Amazon and they immediately sent me another unit. The second batch is no problem and the return process is easy.
