The VentirPro 720 features a 10-inch, five-blade veteran fan that produces 720 CFM of airflow, covering rooms up to 7,400 cubic feet in volume. Not only does this unit provide excellent airflow, but it also has a built-in dehumidifier that keeps humidity levels in basements, warehouses and crawlspaces at optimal levels. In addition, the anti-freeze thermostat prevents the fan from failing when the outdoor temperature drops below 1.7°C, saving you hassle and maintenance costs. We have also added a protective grille against crawling animals for added safety and comfort in your home.

We have a crawl space with a raised wooden floor over bare earth, it is challenging to store things in that area because of the humidity. We have a basement dehumidifier which helps, but that area of the crawl space still has pretty solid humidity. I was impressed by this fan, it is simple, straightforward, and has a built in humidistat which turns on automatically. I was lucky, in that this fan fit the space, but I was not aware that ALORAIR had several different sizes of this fan. I am attaching a photo with the exact measurements so you can check before you buy. The fan is not too loud and it is solidly built.

I have installed a dehumidifier for mold in the attic, and adding this unit really helps move the air around. it is quiet, easy to hang off a stud, and really moves the air nicely.
This fan is larger than I thought OOPs.

I wanted this fan to ventilate my crawlspace but I looked at it wrong I guess. It is just too big to use with my existing vent openings, unfortunately. I am rating it only based on appearance & limited run time for testing.
