This machine is wonderful! Works like a charm! When we first started using it the humidity in our house was over 70%! Now it pulls it down 47% or thereabout at night and during the day with us going in and out around)60%. Very quiet to run.

I tried different ones before and this is the one I kept. it's easy to move to places and it's not too bulky. I live in a one bedroom apartment and I feel that helps to reduce humidity in the other parts of the apartment (I place it in the bedroom). Other things I really like is A hose for draining water.I don't have to worry about when the water will fill up, I just connect the hose to the sewer line, and the hose is long, easy to use. then I no need time monitoring.

3.I live in Florida and it gets very humid sometimes and even if the thermostat set for lover temperature you feel very uncomfortable because of humidity. This one is perfect for my living room that is an open space with a kitchen and dining room (about 1000 sq ft.) It reduced humidity super quickly and keep it on the level that I set it for. Works pretty quiet but the only thing Overall definitely recommend and it's much cheaper than well-known brands. My energy bill hasn't changed as well, so I think it's pretty energy efficient.

The dehumidifier has been in operation for 2 months and we are very satisfied with it! It is not very loud and the noise level is perfectly acceptable. It is equipped with an air filter, which is very suitable for our basement. This dehumidifier works very well in our basement, as you would hope, it can absorb moisture from the air! Using this dehumidifier, I reduced the humidity in the basement from 75% to 45%. The customer service is also great. After 6 months of use, we encountered the problem of parts damage, they responded quickly and provided us with a solution.
