When the required humidity is reached, it will shut down. The filter is easy to clean. We use the hose function to drain the water directly into the drain without worrying about emptying the bucket. Although our basement is more than 2,000 square feet, the dehumidifier seems to be able to handle a slightly larger area with acceptable humidity.

Easy to use. Compared with our old dehumidifier, the volume is smaller. I use a hose to drain-it works great! It always keeps our large basement between 40-45% humidity, which is very comfortable and will not smell musty when running this dehumidifier. I can actually enter the basement without pain. This dehumidifier is amazing. Works very efficiently!

The packaging of the product from the manufacturer is very good. Easy to set up. The manual is clear and easy to understand. The best part is how it works. After running the device for a week, the display of the device will accurately read the humidity level. The product can really work as expected. So far, this dehumidifier has worked well! My basement is very humid. After receiving the dehumidifier, I placed it in the box for nearly two days, then took it to the basement and started running. Today is the 8th day I run it, and I have removed most of the water in the humid air. I connected a hose to the side of the dehumidifier, so I don’t need to spend extra effort to empty it. The basement now smells fresher and more comfortable.

So far, the Sentinel HDi120 dehumidifier works well. I replaced the older noise unit with this one and I am very happy. It helps air circulation. It is located in a basement with high humidity. It can maintain the humidity level very well. Although it is expensive, there is no problem with its quality and it can definitely be used for a long time.

I bought this dehumidifier last month. This may be a bit big for our house, but it is not important. We have been able to increase the room temperature by 2 degrees by lowering the humidity. This will help reduce our air conditioning costs and extend the service life of the air conditioning system. The dehumidifier is as good as advertised. This machine works well! It removed too much moisture from my basement apartment. My basement went from 85% humidity to 40% humidity in 2 days. Now, it always remains around 40%. This equipment makes the basement dry and comfortable.
