We ordered this dehumidifier to replace our previous dehumidifier. The dehumidifier is still working, and the sound is not loud, and it cannot be heard upstairs. We are very satisfied with this. It takes up less space than the previous one and is very quiet! We have been there for a few months and found it great. Put it in my basement (3000 square feet) to reduce moisture. The machine is heavy and strong. I ordered a hose and connected the machine to the drain, so there is no need to empty the water tank. The humidity in the basement is about 75 to 80 and it is now 45. I realized that there has been no mold growth since the recent cleaning. Happy with the result.

Overall a great product. Extract a lot of moisture from the air. I run it a lot and we live in Florida, so it is almost impossible to keep the humidity at the proper level at this time of the year. Using this product, even in the case of using AC, the indoor humidity can be reduced to about 45%, good value for money!
