Alorair-R app not working

How can I resolve this issue - I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Have been trying to call and email Alorair with no resolve.

 

I am unable to sign in.

Go on every business review site that you can and tell as many people that you can that Alorair is a bunch of unethical crooks and tell everyone NOT to buy any of their products. (Better Business Bureau, Google Reviews, Amazon, Facebook,  etc.) Tell everyone how Alorair shafted you and hundreds of honest customers that trusted Alorair!

Seems like if your unit has a manufacturing date of anything older than 2024 the App won't work, and there is no way to get replacement parts to fix it.

Which means pretty much 90% of all current owners. What a kick in the teeth to all the people who bought these units specifically because it could be App controlled.

Not the original poster but also having issues, several in fact. 

1 This issue, at the login screen on IOS using alorair-r the sign in button does nothing, the app never proceeds. It just sits there.

2. You released a new app version that isnt backward compatible. That is one of the worst and most confusing things you could have done, now which one do I need? Where is that info, what is supported and what isnt. THIS WAS DUMB!

3. You dont have unified logins. just to post this I had to confirm I couldnt create an account in alorair-r, that my login isnt working in -r, download and setup the same credentials in lite, confirm that lite didnt have my units imported, and finally create an account with the same credentials here on the website just to be able to tell you that THIS IS TERRIBLE and that im disappointed and unhappy. The product has been working great but your technical team needs to be addressed.
