Sensor Mode not working - Galaxy 60p

Back to List

I recently put a Galaxy 60p dehumidifier in my crawlspace.  I want to keep humidity at a certain level so it can turn off when not needed.  I have no trouble getting it started and it will run for a while to lower the humidity to the set level.  The problem is that once it powers off and humidity begins to rise, it's not coming back on.  What settings could I be missing to prevent the sensor mode from working?

Dear Joseph,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details about the Sensor Mode issue with your Galaxy 60P.

Please try turning off the unit, unplugging the power, and restarting it after a few minutes. If the unit still does not restart when humidity rises above the set level, we recommend replacing the control board for further testing.

You can contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, information and issue details, and our after-sales team will assist you with the next steps.

Best regards,
