Does this model work with the app? I am unable to connect.

Hi Rachel, this model has smart wifi control function. It is recommended that you try to reconnect or restart the dehumidifier and WiFi router. Please make sure the dehumidifier is within the coverage of the router.

I have tried these things already. When I select "Select," BK-alorair blutooth is not in the list. Do you have any other suggestions?

Hi Rachel, You need to turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and then connect

The Bluetooth was already turned on. In my screenshot, you can see other Bluetooth networks appear. But the Alorair Bluetooth does not. I have followed all instructions from the video.

Hi Rache, sorry, after checking, the device was misprinted and cannot actually connect to the app. You can contact the customer service team at support@alorair.com to return the product or exchange it for a new version of HDi 65 WIFi.
