IOS App Inoperable for Over 4 Months and counting

I’m reaching out regarding a persistent issue with your IOS mobile app, which has not functioned properly for over four months. I purchased my unit specifically for its advertised Wi-Fi capabilities and remote management via the app, yet I’ve been unable to access or control the device from my phone for an extended period.  The application gets hung at the login and goes into a circle of death.  Yes my application is updated.  Yes the device is on the wifi network.  I didn't have this issue 6 months into owning the product, with occasional connection issues via that app on my phone that progressively got worst and lasted longer over time.  Now, nothing.

This has forced me to manually enter my crawl space weekly just to purge the system—something I was explicitly trying to avoid by choosing your brand and the wifi model. The lack of app functionality has completely undermined the value proposition of the product and created a significant inconvenience.

Please advise on the following:

Is there a confirmed fix or update planned for the app?

If not, what alternative solutions can you offer to restore remote functionality?

I’d appreciate a prompt and transparent response as it appears many other fellow customers are having and have reported the same issue for quite some time now.  This is unacceptable customer service.
