Login Failure on AlorAir-R Lite - Storm LGR Extreme

The app seems to be stuck in a Login Failure Loop. I've tried dozens of times and it always fails. I've deleted and reinstalled the app with no success. Can you please help me sort this out?

I am having the same problem. I spent an hour with an online rep and was finally told that Alorair updated their app and that the new app will not work with my dehumidifier that I bought 4 years ago. They told me that my dehumidifier remote capabilities are now obsolete and it is unfixable on their end. This seems unbelievable. I'm hoping that this is not true because it seems very unethical for a company to this. I posted message on this message board and I am waiting on a response for clarification. 

It is September 2, 2025 and still cannot login. What is the status?

The app is not working for anyone since spring 2025. They abandoned fixing the old app, and are promising an updated app sometime in August. We will see.............
