Alorair-c app not responding

I ordered HDI65s and installed it a week ago 7/13/26. It worked fine until today it showed the device offline.  I tried logging out. But now I cannot log in, the app will not send a password reset email to any email enter.  I have tried every suggestion I can find on Google.   Does alorair have an issue on their end or is it on my end?

Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with the AlorAir-C app.

Please provide the email address associated with your app account, and we will help activate your account on our end.

The device going offline is usually caused by an internal software bug. Please try restarting the unit, then reconnect it to the app by setting up the Wi-Fi again. This should restore the connection.
