Need to find temperature sensor on HD55

I can find the humidity sensor (it's shown on the parts diagram), but I can't find the temerature sensor. The unit keeps shutting down and giving an HI error and the temperature is nowhere near out of range.

Hi Victor,

The sensor is located on the bottom of the machine filter and can detect both temperature and humidity. What is the ambient temperature during operation? The detection may not be accurate or the temperature may reach a critical value.

Temps are running between 65F and 75F.

I assume this is then part # 23 on the parts diagram?

In case this is true. and it needs to be replaced, I have looked for the sensor on your dryair.com website, but have not been able to find it.

Please contact customer service to replace the humidity sensor.
