Hi, I noticed that my new Storm LGR Extreme is displaying a "Comp Delay" countdown every few hours. Is that expected? Why is the machine doing this operation? Thank you

Hi David,

1. Please turn on the machine and let it run for 30 minutes. Then give the temperature and humidity values of the inlet and outlet and the temperature of the coil on the display;
2. Check if the buoyancy of the drain pipe and the drain condition are proper.
  Based on the above situation, I'll analyze the problem again, thank you !

1.1 Inlet: 21 C, 50%

1.2 Outlet: 25 C, 42%

1.3 Coil temp: 15 C

From the data, the machine can't dehumidify, and it's suspected that the refrigerant has leaked.

What is the process to handle this issue? I both it < 30 days ago on amazon. Can I ask for a replacement?
