I used the Direct Connect option - the app installed correctly - I successfully signed up - successfully connected to the WiFi hotspot.  Restarted the app - and it won't let me sign in.  ?????


Hello Janice, your question may be caused by your operating error. In direct connection mode, you need to connect to the HF-LPT230 hotspot. You can read the operating instructions carefully to better use the device.
