E4 error on storm lgr 850x

Ran my new 850x for 15-20 hours, now I'm getting an E4  error every hour or 2. How do you fix this?

Hi Daniel,

E4 is a drainage error. Please press the drainage button to check if the water drains. If the water does not drain, the customer is advised to open the machine and check if the drain hole of the water pump is blocked. Check if the water pump can be started. If the water pump does not start, it is recommended to replace the water pump.

Hi, 
We have several 850 dehumidifiers with the same problem. Already tested the drainage button and the water drains, also, we checked the pump and it starts. The problem continue, what else can we do to fix the problem?
