I have a HD55 model for a year now. It has worked well but I noticed the last couple of weeks I haven't seen any discharge coming out of the line out from under the house. The unit is mounted in my crawl space on a platform and It is level. I can hear the unit running so I climbed up underneath the crawl space and I could see water dripping out of the back end of the housing of the unit. My discharge line is clear and I noticed there was no water inside of it. When I removed the discharge line water just poured out of the machine. What do you think the problem is and what should I do to correct this issue? Thank you for your time.

Hi Gabriel,

According to the description, the water doesn't drain out of the drain pipe, but flows out of the bottom of the bowl. It's assumed that the water collection tray is damaged, and the water collection tray can be replaced.
