These units have a 5 year warranty. However I want to know what the in service longevity of these units is, not what the warranty is. I am not interested in making warranty claims, as I must do with frigidarie box dehumdifiers or other big box store units. I want a unit to work as advertised, and wiull pay to achieve this. Currently big box store room dehumdifiers, which do the job fine when they work, fail before the 1 year warranty expires. Would like to buy a unit that is not as wasteful as discarding a failed refrgerant unit every year. So what is the in service longevity experience of folks using these units?

The service life of the machine is much longer than the warranty period, but there are many factors that determine the service life, such as the operating environment, maintenance, and so on. This isn't a typo, but we want to express that our brand has more than ten years of precipitation and the quality is absolutely trustworthy.
