Short Circuit in Alorair Extreme

When I plug in my dehumidifier in to the house circuit. The House circuit trips. I tried several other outlets and does the same. I opened the bottom cover of the alorair extreme and disconnected the green ground wire from the three prong receptacle. The unit now comes on, but the compressor does not operate. Yes the Humidity temperature is set to 35%, and still does not come on. Any help would be appreciated!

Sorry for our late reply, according to your description, the compressor is stuck in the cylinder, the current rises and causes the trip, It is better for u to change the machine.
