Storm Dehumidifier Runs Almost Continously

I have the Storm dehumidifier in sealed basement. No water issues.  Just keeping humidity at 55%.  It runs almost continuously, stopping for only a few minutes, even though the humidity is below the 55% setting.  Is this normal?  Is there a setting I should check?

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details with us.

If the humidity is set to 55%, the unit will usually continue running until the ambient humidity drops to around 52% before shutting off.

Please give the unit a little more time and observe whether it stops once the humidity reaches that range. If it continues running for an extended period, you may turn it off temporarily and restart it when dehumidification is needed again.
