Storm LGR Extreme

I just purchased and received a Storm LGR Extreme and I connected the power cord but the display screen does not come on when I push the power button any ideas what problem is

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please open the upper case and check if the display board connection wire is off, it may be caused by the wiring coming off during transportation. If the machine still does not run when you connect the wires, please open the electrical control box at the socket and check if the wiring is off.
