U7 Error on start, immediately shuts down and restarts in a loop.

I just purchased and installed the ALORAIR Sentinel HDi65. I got the drain hose connected. I plugged it in, the power button flashed green for about 60 seconds or so. Then the machine went off. It came back on displayed U7 on the screen for a second, then goes off, comes back on displaying U7 for a second and then goes off. It keeps doing that in a loop.

What is wrong? Need help Please !!!

Hi Joseph,

If there is no other error code, the flashing operating light means that the humidity value hasn't reached the set value and may be at a critical point. Decrease the set value or turn on the CO mode to try.
