HD55 leaking.  Pump works when i press button.  no error code.  Gravity hole is plugged.  No ice that I can see.  Why ?

2. Pump Operation:
   - While the pump activates manually, observe if it runs automaticallyduring normal operation. If not, there may be a sensor or float switch issue preventing automatic activation.  

3. Condensate Pan Inspection:
   - Examine the condensate pan for cracks, misalignment, or debris that might divert water away from the drain.
